Forgive and let your heart take flight!
Release old anger, hurt, betrayal, disappointment, and resentment. Take
the first step to forgive yourself and others. Not only will you feel
better, but releasing all these negative emotions will create a void for
happiness and joy to rush in.
I know this is not an easy process nor a quick one. Forgiveness takes time and nurturing and most importantly practice. But don't be surprised when forgiveness seems to strike out of no where, it can bring you to your knees and send your heart soaring through the Universe.
Today forgiveness...tomorrow JOY!
